Flexible Learning for Adolescent Resiliency Education

A Middle School Mental Health Literacy Curriculum by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) in partnership with educational researchers at the University of Texas, the University of Oregon and the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative.
Empowering Middle Schoolers with Mental Health Knowledge. FLARE is a trauma-informed, flexible mental health curriculum designed for middle school classrooms. It equips students with the skills to understand emotions, reduce stigma, build resilience, and seek help when needed.
