Hosted by Debra Sloss, LMFT, a seasoned Santa Cruz, California based licensed psychotherapist and the visionary behind the State of Mind Radio Show and Podcast. Inspired by her personal journey supporting her son through mental health challenges and her volunteer work with NAMI, Debra brings three decades of clinical experience to this project. With a wealth of experience in therapy services and supervision training, she’s dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and amplifying diverse perspectives.
