Community Engagement

Community Connection

http://www.ccsantacruz.org

Community Connection specializes in helping adults with mental health conditions connect to employment, volunteer work and education. The majority of their programs require the client be part of the Santa Cruz County Behavioral  Health System of Care.  This means you should be connected to a county psychiatrist, therapist or a mental health provider.  If you are not part of the System of Care, call the Santa Cruz County Access Line to determine what services are open to you.  (800) 952-2335  If you are part of the System of Care, then you can simply call or visit Community Connections during business hours.  You do not need a referral for many of their programs.
