C.H.A.D.D. - ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) Support Group for Parents of Children & Teens with ADHD
A group providing information, resources, and support in a safe environment where everyone can feel understood. 
Parents of Children & Teens meet: 6:30-7:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.

​Parents with Hope
If you are a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, or friend of someone who is suffering from abuse of alcohol or other drugs, and/or mental health issues, Parents with Hope is for you. Parents with Hope is a place for you to share your experiences, find hope and strength, and find ways to become more functional and healthy. The group is registered with the national Al-Anon Family Groups. 
Sundays from 6:30 until 7:45 PM 
Inner Light Center, 5630 Soquel Drive, Soquel.

Family Grace at Twin Lakes Church

Family Grace is a Christian-based Support Group for family members who have a loved one with mental health difficulties or disorders. Meetings will be in-person at Twin Lakes Church and on-line. The group meets Monday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. for 8 weeks.

The next session starts Monday, February 6, 2023. Please register at mentalhealth@tlc.org or 831-465-3368 to receive a workbook and details. Scholarships are available.
